Conditions of Use

1. Generalities
1.1. The completion of an order to Stick Center supposes the acceptance on the part of the customer of these legal conditions. No stipulation executed by the client will be able to differ from those of Stick Center if said stipulation has not been accepted in advance and in writing by Stick Center.
1.2. An order is not definitive until it is accepted by Stick Center.

2. Costs
2.1. The published prices are valid and safe with the exception of typesetter error. This includes TAX. The expenses of shipment are not included.

3. Conditions of Payments
3.1. The products will be paid through payment with Banking Transference, Credit Card and/or PayPal, in the conditions that Stick Center proposes in its system of payments.

4. Shipping
4.1. Stick Center will not send any product until it has been verified that payment has been made or that the request of postponed payment has been accepted.
4.2. The delivery will be considered completed at the moment at which the carrier has put products into the possession of the client and he has signed the document of delivery receipt. It corresponds with the customer to verify products at the time of arrival and to expose all the reservations and claims that can be justified in the document of receipt of delivery.
4.3. Stick Center is not committed to any urgent shipment. The down times indicated by Stick Center are of purposeful orientation and we made an effort to respect them. However, a delay in shipment will not imply the cancellation of the order nor indemnification. Any clause of penalty by delay introduced by the client in its order is left without effect by the application of point 1,1 of these legal conditions.
4.4. Stick Center will always try to send products by national mail. However, the right is reserved to send products by the means that it considers most appropriate if outside means are necessary to fulfill a lonegotitation concerning an order.
4.5. Stick Center reserves the right to send the orders by dates.
4.6. The conditions of Stick Center sales through the Internet do not include the expenses derived from the customs office that will have to be paid by the customer.

5 . Limitation of responsibility
5.1. Stick Center is not responsible for the contents of other connected Web pages to this site. The risks derived from the consultation of such pages correspond exclusively to the client and are governed by the terms and conditions of use set forth before the client.
5.2. The prices, the description and the availability of products promoted by Stick Center can change without previous notification.

6. Mayor force
6.1. The parts will not become in responsibility to any lack due to greater cause. The fulfillment of the obligation will be delayed until the cease of the case of force mayor.

7 . Submission
7.1. Stick Center hopes that any discord that could potentially arise in any business can always be solved in a friendly and respectful way. When this is not possible, the case is put before the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona for its specific resolution.
