| Safety payment
The very common question--and one I also find myself asking : is it safe
to pay by Internet? Must I give my credit card numbers and/or banking information?
All these questions are certainly very understandable and valid, especially
at this time of making many different kinds of payments on the Internet. With
Stick Center, we decided that the payments will not be to us directly, but through
safe companies that work specifically with Internet payments.
This way we avoid having to process very important information, and the client
feels more safe when making payments. The companies that you will use on this
Website to make your payments are PayPal and the bank La Caixa in Spain; clients
will use their own Website and credit card preferences or through banking account
transfer.
About PayPal
PayPal is an easy way to transfer money from one e-mail account to another,
and from any part of the world to another.
You just need to have a credit card
You will not be asked to give the numbers of your
card to anyone, except PayPal.
When you have made a payment, you are automatically sent a receipt of this transaction
from PayPal to your e-mail account and another to let you know that the company
you purchased from received the payment.
Anyone that receives payments through PayPal does not have access to any of
your personal information, banking account and/or credit card numbers. For more
information, please visit : www.paypal.com
Your credit card data will be required there and also the CIP (Code of Authentication)
that appears behind your card.
Stick Center does not have access to any of this data--all the information is
registered in the transaction to the bank La Caixa.
We will receive a confirmation of your payment but the data on your card does
not appear in this confirmation.
If you need extra information, please consult directly : La Caixa 902 300 303
or 902 181 089 (Spain).
Payments Through Bank Transfers
It is preferable that this method is used for clients that reside in Spain.
There is no charge for bank transfers through any office of La Caixa. |
