Policy of Shipments and Returns
The shipments of the CDs will be through Certified Mail with notification
of receipt. The cost of shipping is in accordance with the country in which
you live, and the amount of CDs that you have requested. When you request the
order, you will view--in the last step of the process--the amount of the shipment
in addition to the amount of the sale. If you wish to order an amount higher
than 20 CDs, please contact us through email@example.com
We do not make shipments by UPS unless the client requests and arranges this
shipment. In such a case, please include your preferred shipping method in your
commentaries at the time of making the purchase.
The prices of companies such as UPS or similar companies are higher than those
we offer on our Website.
1. Stick Center does not accept Returns, but does accept Exchanges.
The Exchanges will only be accepted in the case that the product is
deemed defective, and thus will be replaced by another CD equal in value and
without defect. Defective merchandise is understood as a problem in its physical
make-up--the actual factory pressing of the CD, not due to damages caused externally
after their packaging and/or packing - for example--inadequate transport--which
is the responsibility of the mail service.
Returns will only be accepted if Stick Center has sent a product in
error, for example, if you ordered a specific CD and we sent you another CD
by mistake; or if the CD does not agree with its description, we will then accept
the return -- effective within 15 days from the date of invoice.
2. Stick Center will not accept Returns if the product does not appear
in perfect condition and/or if the packaging of the product is not the original
packaging and is not factory sealed.
3. All Returns will have to be authorized by Stick Center. For this
authorization, the client will have to make a request by electronic mail to
firstname.lastname@example.org and an Authorization Number for the Return,
the reason for the Return and the Invoice Number will all be issued and documented.
Once the client has received the Authorization Number for the Return,
he will receive instructions specified by the Stick Center on how to return
the products. Initially, the expenses of the Return mailing will be the responsibility
of the client. When Stick Center receives the package and has verified that
the Return is in accordance with the specifications above, Stick Center will
transfer the cost of the mailing to refund the client.
4. Stick Center will not accept any Return that comes with postage
funds due upon delivery or with insufficient postage.
5. Submitting an order indicates the acceptance and conformity on the part of
the client to the general conditions of Shipments and Returns herein expressed.
